What is Interstellar Sanctuary?
Interstellar Sanctuary is a free Malaysia property finder that aggregates new residential property launches from the official TEDUH housing registry maintained by KPKT (Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan — Ministry of Housing and Local Government).
Unlike portals that rely on developer submissions, every listing on this map comes directly from Malaysia's government housing database. If a project is registered with KPKT, it appears here.
How the data works
Our crawler runs four times daily (09:00, 15:00, 21:00, and 03:00 MYT), fetching the latest project details from the TEDUH API. Each update captures:
- Current take-up rate (units sold vs total units)
- Price range per unit and per square foot
- Project status (Active / Completed)
- Developer contact details
- KPKT regulatory violation flags where applicable
Data is sourced from hims.kpkt.gov.my and teduh.kpkt.gov.my. We do not accept paid listings or developer submissions.

Is this site free to use?
Yes, completely free. No registration required to browse projects, view prices, or check take-up rates. Creating an account lets you save properties and set up price/status alerts.
How accurate is the pricing data?
Prices are sourced directly from KPKT's TEDUH registry — the same database developers are legally required to update. Prices reflect registered unit prices, not asking prices or estimated valuations.
What does "take-up rate" mean?
Take-up rate is the percentage of units sold out of total units registered with KPKT. A 70% take-up rate means 70% of units in that project have been sold. This is updated up to 4× daily from TEDUH data.
What are the KPKT violation warnings?
KPKT maintains a list of developers with regulatory offenses on record. Projects from these developers are flagged with a ⚠ symbol. This is publicly available data — buyers are encouraged to do additional due diligence on flagged developers. You can filter to show only violation-free developers using the "Developer safety" filter on the map.
Why is a project missing from the map?
Projects without registered GPS coordinates in the TEDUH database cannot be placed on the map. This affects roughly 9,000 of the 24,000+ total projects in TEDUH — typically older or rural projects. All 2,800+ projects visible on the map have verified coordinates.
